At North Sails, we are committed to ensuring your technical gear meets your performance standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels are still attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
