Are North Sails products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our performance gear and apparel come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse.
What is your return policy for performance equipment?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-made sails or personalized team gear are non-refundable.
How should I care for my GORE-TEX® sailing jacket?
To maintain the waterproof integrity, machine wash on a warm permanent press cycle with liquid detergent. Rinse twice and tumble dry on medium heat to reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) treatment.
